چکیده
Androgen concentrations in follicular fluid samples collected from patients undergoing vitro fertilization (IVF) may provide useful clinical indicators. This study aimed to analyze possible associations of the androgen levels and blood plasma with diminished ovarian reserve (POR) IVF programs. Cross-sectional a parallel group design, conducted 2019–2021, enrolled 300 infertility, aged 18–42 years, applying for assisted reproduction involving IVF/intracytoplasmic sperm injection embryo transfer. The profiles were determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). fluid, particularly those dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA-S), androstenedione total testosterone, significantly correlated. results implicate as early markers POR infertility.

I-32: Management of Diminished Ovarian Reserve
The standard goal of all fertility treatments is the improvement of pregnancy rates in infertile patients. Within the last 20 years, ovulation induction has contributed to the success of assisted reproduction techniques e.g. in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo-transfer (ET). The efficacy of these techniques depends on a personalized protocol of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) and ...

Background: Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) is a primary infertility disorder characterized by a reduction in the number and/or quality of oocytes, usually accompanied by high follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels and regular menses. DOR aetiology factors are different, such as genetic factors, ageing, autoimmune disorders, adrenal gland impairment factors and iatrogenic causes, e.g. chemo...
